The Keystone S/K-150 Lintel is a standard load lintel designed to support openings with cavity widths ranging from 150mm to 165mm. 

Application

• Suitable for both solid walls and cavity walls.
• Specifically used to support openings in walls with a single leaf (either solid or cavity).
• The outer leaf thickness should be 102mm, and the inner leaf thickness should be 100mm.

• Thickness: The lintel has a thickness of 86mm.

Load Capacity

• Total UDL (Uniformly Distributed Load) at a 3:1 safety factor: Ranges from 12kN to 26kN depending on the length.
• Total UDL at a 19:1 safety factor: Varies from 10kN to 20kN based on the lintel length.

Installation Tips

• Ensure that a mortar bed is placed on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute the load evenly.
• Notably, the Keystone S/K-150 Lintel incorporates insulation within the lintel itself.
